I've Got News

You know my photo story, Trying To Trust, and how it ended really oddly in after the 3 episode. Well...
I kinda planned it wonky and there was plot holes every where. So...
I'm re-making TTT!
This does have a different plot and characters, but the parts will come out like dominoes. I'm making all the parts and then posting them. So you won't see TTT for a while. Actually, probably the first will be up March 10. I think that's enough time to shoot 10 parts.
But no promises.

Kit is my boy doll once again. But don't worry, he is wearing a hat.

I struggled to get the hat on his head. I guess AG didn't make the dolls to have all their hair squished into a small hat.

She looks a little more normal from the front view.

This is my overview of what's going to happen in the parts. This is only the character list and 3 part plots.

After I figured out what going to happen in each scene, I write out the actually thing that is normally posted. But before posting I always change some words and such.

I got a light reflector! The change in my photography is so noticeable and I'm so happy with my purchase.

The cover is suppose to be on the reflector it's self, but I was using the reflector for the sun. So, I just put the cover on my tripod instead.

This was my setup to eliminate the shadows. I had the reflector leaning against the chair, and I hooked my headphones to keep it from falling.

The First Sunny Day +Snippets

You knew you couldn't escape my snippets and I'm back with more.

It was a normal Sunday when I woke up. Went to church and when I came out, I was instantly bathed in sunlight. And being the novelist I am, I took advantage of the sun.
Out came Carlye! Armed with headphones, music, water, and her trust notebook. And for the added touch, she wore flipflops with her jeans.

I'm looking so intently at my paper in this. By the way, I have no idea way my neighbors still have Christmas lights hanging up.

I was on scene #16. Throughout that day, I had outlined up to scene #20. My goal is to finish outlining all my scenes, typed up and edited for historical problems. Then I need to finish writing and typing up my character bios. Hopefully I'll finish that before the month ends. I see sleep loss in the future.

My water was needed. A lot. It wasn't that warm, but it was hot sitting in the sun for a long time. But then it got really windy and I ended going inside.

Decision: Erin sets her jaw, rolls back her shoulder, and... says nothing.
That's my little Erin, a hard nut to crack.
Ti-su, (My antagonist) threatens Erin and yells at her, but Erin still doesn't say a peep.

This was a picture that my older sister took of me. It was really sunny and shining right into my eyes, that's why I'm squinting.

This was a picture that my sister took for me. It was part of a mini photo shoot that I took in the sun.

And of course, every great day outside has to end. I finished all the scenes I wanted to get done inside the warmth of my home.

That is all I have for today.
Actually right now there is snow on the ground, which I dislike greatly because I had a scene to film outside but I can't do until the snow clears up.

Dreams (photo shoot)

It's been a while since I uploaded actual American Girl photography. I took these pictures a while back and never got around to posting them. But I don't have any pictures of Tammy, so this is the unveiling of Tammy's first photo shoot. The reason the lighting is so good, is because I used the flashlight mode on a phone and a white paper on my clipboard. The light from the phone bounced off the white paper and added the light I needed. It's all about innovation.

This is the overview of the room I made. The twinkle lights used to light up the dollhouse until I bought new lights. They added  extra light and looked super cute with the room.

This was super hard to pose because the dog kept falling over when I got it into position. Also the phone would fall over just as I took the picture. I eventually got my little sister to hold the phone for me as I took the picture.

The photo ended up crooked, but I liked the effect. The dog is smiling at the camera and it looks so cute.

This one looked kinda dreaming, so that's where the name came from.

This was supposed to look like a lifestyle picture. I think I captured that, but whatever. Now looking at the pictures, the lamp looks out of place. I can't really do much about it now.

Behind the scenes of the picture: I had to wrangle my sister into letting me use her dog. (The same one that held the phone) When I finally got the dog, the fur was sticking out all weirdly and it took some 'combing' to fix the fur. But I'm pleased with the results of this.

The new official picture of Tammy for the All About My Dolls page. In a photo shoot one must always have a close-up.

This picture resembles the loving relationship between doll and dog. If you look closely, Tammy's feet are in an awkward position. That's because I have fluffyish carpet and Tammy is pretty old. But all in all, this ended out great.

And that brings the close to Tammy's first official photo shoot. I hope you enjoyed this post and comment down below which picture you like the best. #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #7, or #8.
Have a great day,

Carlye
